What Do I Need to Pre-Qualify?

Our community is designed to welcome a wide range of income levels. Whether you meet the essential housing criteria or not, our integrated approach ensures everyone has a fair chance at finding a home. Our Essential Housing Program offers apartments where applicants may qualify if their household income falls within the AMI (Area Median Income) range. Additional Qualifying Information.

Every applicant must apply for the program and be approved based on the rental qualifications outlined within the chart below. All documentation required for the application process must be received by the The Strand Apartments team within seven (7) days of initial application. Applicants who do not submit required documents within the seven (7) day period after the initial submission of application may be denied final with no refund of monies paid. Documentation including but not limited to income documentation must be verified prior to final approval given. Eligibility is determined at lease selection.
